The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room lacked normal amenities. There was no coffee maker, only two pillows per bed, only two towels, a little dust on lamps, no plug in the sink, stains on the ceiling, poor tv reception, and it stunk of smoke just outside our front door. We had the main level room right next to the ice room. Four of us stayed in the room.

The tub eas dirty. Someone had been smoking in a non-smoking room.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but In need of some updates, would definitely stay again, price was reasonable.

There’s a sign that states no refund for a reason. As soon as I opened my room door. I saw roaches, cats and can smell the cat urine was so strong. I didn’t bother to go in the room and went to ask for a refund. The front desk staff was nice but the hotel is definitely not even worth the amount. It’s more of a $20.00 a night hotel. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I ever experienced for that rate. I end up going to Macon GA to get a room and since I didn’t get a refund back as I see it as donating to those in need for the amount of 2 nights $145.00. It’s better to give then receive! Go find a hotel in Macon or Robins area as it will be worth it.

Quiet,clean and convenient.

Rooms are labeled non smoking but reek of smoke! The beds had bed bugs, and the shower heads need maintenance, the toilets also need to be sealed on the floor, it would move every time we would use it. The air conditioners in the rooms had an inch worth of lint in the filters….very filthy and not family friendly

AC hardly worked. Half the lamps did not have bulbs in them. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. No phone in the room for wake up call. The place was convenient for what I needed but I would not stay there again.

The young lady at check in was decent, but the first room she put us in was the worse hotel room I've ever seen in my life. It smelled horrible, like mold and cigarettes, all the lightbulbs were missing, the walls were covered in dirt and grime, the carpet was completely covered in stains, the blankets had hair all over them, and the fridge was broken with a towel shoved in it to soak up leaks. Once we told her, she immediately apologized and said she wasn't supposed to put us in that room, and gave us a new one. The new room was better than the absolute worst but still very poor condition. Floors stained and sticky, walls dirty, dust everywhere, computer chair Completely covered in food, dirt and dust. Not even basic hotel amenities like a blow-dryer, iron, toiletries and such. The blankets and towels were the only things that seemed okay. Overall this hotel needs a serious remodeling, new amenities and better housekeeping. But then again you get what you paid for.

Front desk young girl rude, other staff ok. Place cash only and not cleaned well at all. Bathroom tub would not stop running. Battery in smoke alarm kept sounding (replace me) so I just took it down and wrapped a wash cloth around faucet and closed door. Ahh no noise!!
