very nice staff cant wait to stay

I had a hard time understanding the check-in agent at desk, and I’m usually very good with persons whose English is not their primary language.

The front desk associate at 7pm on 9/5 lied to my face about the manager. I was not informed of the $100 fee for incidentals. I don’t care that it’s refundable - it’s money I don’t have. I asked to speak to the manager but the associate said “the manager can’t do anything.” So then I asked again and he lied and said “I am the manager.” Absolutely unacceptable. Will never be staying here again and WILL be contacting corporate.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but the individual that worked the desk the night of check-in wasn't very, how should I say, warm and welcoming. I get that at night, you may get some questionable individuals trying to get something for little to nothing, but that was not the case for my guest and I. The individual that worked the desk at check-out the following morning was much, much more pleasant to deal with.

The photos made you think the place was updated and they are not! Bed was uncomfortable, tub/shower was questionable. Cable had limited channels. I was very disappointed.

Comp breakfast was not stocked or viable with any fruit cereal only few pieces of bread. No vending g machines as pics and pool had funk floating around. Needs upgrade. Appreciated the EV charger on site though and cheap overnight cost.

Good property with clean rooms and bathrooms

Absolutely would not recommend When I opened the door to the room, it was actually hotter inside than outside. And it was pretty hot outside. I reported this to the front desk. I was told “it will cool off in ten minutes. Anyway, it was 2am when it finally cooled off. Needless to say, I got almost no sleep. I will never stay at another Days Inn
