The facility elevator was dirty and the floor was all tore up and you had to push the up button on the 2nd floor to get it to go down

The room was clean but the chair, sink faucet and towel rack were broken. The pool didn’t look really clean but there was someone cleaning it the next morning. The bed was comfortable.

The decor of the room was nice and had all the amenities that we needed.

I arrived at his hotel at 2:00, with check in at 3:00. Three cars were in the parking lot, and I asked the clerk if we could check in. He said he would have to charge me an early check in fee for 1 hour. Upon checking in at three, mistakes were in billing my credit card and I still have two extra room charges that are still on my charge card, that they say will come off. They refused to admit it was their mistake. When entering my room, a large spider around the size of a quarter ran across my bed and after killing it, took it to front desk. The bed was on a metal frame and every time you got out of the bed, it made a lot noise and woke my wife multiple times. The comfort of the bed was reasonable, but the tiny, tiny pillows were a disappointment. Breakfast was OK, very minimal but adequate.

We were traveling with our dog and spent. Night at the Quality Inn. The staff were very nice checking in. We had a room on the first floor with a door to the outside which was very convenient to take the dog outside. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit worn. The continental breakfast was the usual fare so you could find something to eat. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here gain.
