too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience

Wyjazd rodzinny. Hotel pięknie usytuowany. Przez ulicę Park Dolny, bardzo blisko promenada nad Grajcarkiem. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone Personel profesjonalny i uprzejmy. Myślę że jeszcze tu wrócę.

W czasach obostrzeń sanitarnych jak i pobycie w strefie czerwonej nie można mieć zastrzeżeń do obsługi osób pracujących. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, obsługa miła i pomocna. Wiadomo każdy znajdzie jakieś ale... Cała nasza rodzina była zadowolona pod każdym względem. Polecam

"Świetnw miejsce na odpoczynek we dwoje"

Świetny, nowy hotel. Skrzydła niewysokie i rozłożyste - co powoduje, że wiele pokoi jest umiejscowionych w dużych odległościach. Bardzo czysty i pachnący pokój, w którym świetnie nam się spało. Korzystaliśmy również z restauracji, SPA i wellness - wszystko oceniamy bardzo wysoko.
