we normally have good experiences at Hilton properties

1.We were given a key to an occupied room. 2. The person at counter was under the counter on her phone and appeared to be "put out" by our presence. 3. There was no room number written on key card sleeve. we had to come back and ask. 4. There no wifi pass word info. No one was answering the phone to give us that info, so I had to make an additional trip down to the front desk.
