La posizione nel centro di Stoccolma. La cortesia del personale della reception La comodità dei letti

la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata aggiungendo qualche dolce e variandola. in tre giorni abbiamo avuto sempre e solo le stesse cose, anzi, il secondo e terzo giorno abbiamo chiesto un uovo fritto (come a buffet il primo giorno) e ci è stato risposto che non era disponibile, senza alcuna spiegazione, solo un "no" dal personale (cinese) che probabilmente non conosce l'inglese e soprattutto non sa sorridere. Fare colazione con personale più gentile e disponibile rallegra la giornata.
