The hotel room was in a pretty sad state. Torn couch fabric, uncomfortable mattress long overdue for replacement, dingy old towels, old dinged furniture. Busy weekend in Lafayette, so very limited room availability. But we will do our best skipping this hotel next time we are in town.

Great location. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room is extended stay but only has 2 mismatched glass glasses. No dish soap, dish clothes or towels. Fireplace doesnโ€™t work. Our room had no hand soap. Like this place but they need to get with it.

The pictures online are not accurate. Itโ€™s outdated the furniture was stained and curtains were ripped up. Not much lighting, the heat and ac is very loud. The outside of the room needs to swept.

Booked a 2 room suite and didnโ€™t realize it meant adjoining rooms and this wasnโ€™t explained at the front desk, I guess they assumed we knew this. Had to go back to ask about our reservation because we didnโ€™t want to just start trying to open the locked door between rooms. Wish it had been better explained by the staff at check-in that a two room suite meant โ€˜adjoining roomsโ€™. After all that, the toilet in one room did not flush and we had to ask twice to get it fixed. Also the hand soap and body wash was empty, but they did give us a bar of soap at the front desk. None of the was really a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again for all the extra space. After we figured it out it was a great stay with plenty of space between the 2 rooms.

AC didnt work well in the room while living area got really cold. No cleaning lady was sent to the room to clean and no new towels were provided for the next day. Will not stay in any of the Hiltons from now on.
