I loved how close the property was to downtown! It saves money by not having to pay to park elsewhere! I like the large king size bed, and how the A/C kept the room cool all night. It made for such comfortable sleeping! This is my new top choice for staying in St. Augustine!

location;we enjoyed Magnolia Street behind us and location to Uptown and Downtown Historic District, nice shower,comfortable bed

toilette bowel was not clean upon check in, floors very dirty, our feet were so dirty walking around after taking a shower, Delux King Suite had nothing in the room, mostly the bed and bathroom, place was dirty and hadn't been updated or kept up with in years, carpenter ants in room; dirty pool

The location was perfect , the surroundings beautiful

Our room was dirty, rusty dirty lamp fixtures, rusted old chair, metal bed frame, toothpaste splatter on bathroom vanity, toilet paper roll holder dusty and dirty, mold on blinds, room very humid. Pool had leaves and plant debris in it not vacuumed in the 6 days we were there. We only stayed because we couldn’t get our money back. The property has so much potential but it looks like they are not putting money back into it. There are a couple of up dates like laminate flooring and a new mattress but it lacks cleanliness, paint and new fixtures. The on line pics look ok but not reality. Not much help from booking.com… notified them right of way, sent pictures and was told to work it out with property. We complied but weren’t able to be satisfied with an alternate room ( just as bad). We’re compensated with $11 credit, which we felt insulting .
