Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage, direkt am Wald und nicht weit bis ins Zentrum. Die Ausstattung, das Buffet und das Freizeitangebot hat für uns gepasst.

HOTEL ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, einfach unschlagbar, Betten sehr bequem, Essen lecker und reichhaltig, Personal sehr freundlich

"Erholung im Harz bei All inklusive"

Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist zu jeder Zeit äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen erfolgt mittels umfangreichem Buffet. Für die Mitnahme belegter Brötchen oder Brote werden Frühstückstüten zur Verfügung bereit gestellt; selbst das kleine Saftpäckchen für unterwegs fehlt nicht. Sollte man es in den eng bemessenen Zeiten auch ins durchaus große Schwimmbad schaffen, ist es einfach nur ein wunderbarer Genuss.

Das Schwimmbad kann nur in sehr begrenzten Zeiten genutzt werden: 07:00-09:00 und 15:00-19:00 Uhr. Bedenkt man nun, dass es Frühstück von 07:00-10:00, Kaffee & Kuchen 15:00-16:00 und Abendessen 17:30-20:00 gibt, muss man schon überlegen, wann man geht. Die Zeit von 10:00-15:00 Uhr wäre optimal, jedoch kann das Schwimmbad zu dieser Zeit nicht genutzt werden. Sicher ist es aber eine Kostenfrage. Dadurch, dass die Getränke unten "gezapft" werden und nicht mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden sollen, ähnelt das Foyer einer Belagerung....die wenigen Sitzgelegenheiten werden als Dauersitzplatz genutzt und der Empfangsbereich erhält einen Kneipenflair.
