Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room as requested, clean, spacious. Fridge and water machine. Breakfast was fine.

The bed was too hard for me. A bit expensive for one person.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Ein Check in in der Nacht war möglich was uns sehr gelegen kam. Für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend.

Unser Zimmer war etwas merkwürdig aufgeteilt und hatte noch ein extra Bett mit drin. Der Herr beim Check in wirkte nicht sonderlich freundlich. Und bei den Türchen im Bad muss man seine Reisebegleitung wirklich sehr gut kennen denn Geräusche und Gerüche können nicht abgemildert werden 😂

Shower was difficult to operate and water took a long time to heat up.

The location was great, both for the train station but also the sights and foodie places.

Central location, onsite packing and most importantly had EV charging onsite. This was a game changer for Bristol Central.

Mostly staff were amazing, particularly on arrival. However, had a quick dinner at the hotel (bean chill) and didn’t come with sour cream as advertised. No staff member came to do a table check so I could ask for it; I left the restaurant before the table was cleared so couldn’t say anything. Then, for breakfast, the cold was wonderful but the hot was soggy and undercooked. On check out, nobody asked how the stay was, I think this is a really odd trend in hotels - surely, it’s the time to get feedback. Overall, hotel great, loved the parking and central location. But, F&B was not great and staff sometimes amazing but something not attentive in basic ways.
