"Great hotel, with low price service"

Great location by freeway, clean rooms and with great room services. Quick little breakfast which was nice added service

I didn’t like the front desk staff, one of the staff members tried to accuse me of going out of an emergency only door in which I didn’t and when it came to looking at it on camera he couldn’t find where no video or was able to show any evidence of me going through those doors which I felt he discriminated against

The only thing that went well was that I was able to stay in the room for an extra hour without being charged the extra $20 and the morning staff person was friendly.

Clean sheets and pillowcases would have been nice for starters. There was a dead bug, and some black hair under the sheet when I turned the covers back! I didn't like the fact there wasn't carpet in the sleeping area. 5 of the 8 pillows on the beds had very noticeable stains and dirt marks. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and it appeared to not have batteries because the battery cover was hanging also. I had requested a room as close to the entrance as possible, but my room was on the top floor. I also requested a shower seat, but after going to the room, had to request it again. This was at4:00 p.m. I didn't get the seat until after 10:30! No wi-fi for hotel guests, had to use the staff connection and I had to carry my laptop down to the front desk to get connected because the night person didn't write the password correctly. I will never stay there again.

It was affordable!

It wasn’t the cleanest, there was hair in both beds and also crumbs & even a stain. Wasn’t filthy but definitely wasn’t deep cleaned.
