The lady in the lobby was very nice.

The room wasn't very clean. We stayed because it was a long emotional day of traveling. It served it's purpose.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious too. And Room looked exactly as pictured. Check in was easy. Room has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Room also has lots different lights.

The hotel is right by the highway so if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you at night.

Place was disgusting, my crew checked in to find stained sheets and had to buy bedding from Walmart, then . Property and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana.when I called Expedia they instructed me to check out and they would get my money back. Expedia did not honor their word not do business with Expedia ever again! I'm disappointed that such a well known name won't take care of the customer.

The beds were reasonably comfortable. The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out.

Definitely could use a deep clean. The bathroom was awkward because of not being able to put things down. The elevator and lobby were hot. The terrace door was difficult.
