Days Inn by Wyndham Forest

The room was great very clean , everything seemed to be new !! Great location!

The room was large enough that we each had a chair. The king-size bed was very comfortable. We were glad that there was both a refrigerator and a microwave. Many hotels don’t have both. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

1] when we booked it shows there is swimming pool but once we get there out of order for long time [over 6 months.] 2]it says none smoking but the smell is so bad in the room and there was even ashtray in the room. 3]breakfast was unacceptable none of the food looks or test fresh yogurt was expired drinks were out of order don't even know why they say free breakfast.

I really have no complaints with this hotel. The room was clean, the check in process was quick and easy, and it was pretty quiet all night so we slept great.

Killed a bug in the tub while I was showering and another on the counter while I was brushing my teeth. There were flies in our room. Dining area not arranged well. There were only 3 small tables with seating for 2 each. While I was eating breakfast with my husband, there were 2 other guests eating at another table. A family of 3 came in to eat and there wasn’t enough chairs to sit in. I heard the man say, “Let’s just go to McDonald’s.” They walked out. Not good for a motel that advertises free breakfast. There was no hostess available the entire time we ate breakfast to check on the food, regular coffee was empty and only decaf available, and bananas were spoiled with open areas on peels. When we first arrived, there was no one there to greet us at window. Took several minutes before someone came to speak to us. We were exhausted and there were no chairs for us to sit in while we waited to speak to man working there. We will NEVER stay there again. Wish I had taken pictures of the bugs. I couldn’t identify either of them.
