The pool was great, they had bikes to check out for the trail. Breakfast was not great and the bed were below expectation.

The location and access to the riverfront trail were fantastic.

It’s run down. Signage to stairs/exits could be better. The covered walkways everywhere are filthy. The worst was the rude woman we encountered upon arrival. We showed up at about 12:30 on 9/16. We were not greeted or welcomed and had to ask for assistance from the lady working behind the counter, to which she responded with a dirty look.. I asked her if we were bugging her. Then we asked if our room might be ready. She said yes, it’s ready.. then began typing and tells us she’s going to charge us an extra $25 to access the room early, that had already been cleaned, not on a special request. We declined and found ways to fill our day. Upon checkout the following morning at 6:30 am, she was once again rude when asked for a receipt! We won’t be returning.
