One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. My room was great. My bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The food was plentiful with full breakfast and dinner.

Let me say this, from meeting Lacie and observing Joselle help a visually impaired woman in the dining room the were both phenomenal. The bathtub was disgusting and could not give the little one a bath from the “blue” soap dispenser continuously dripping into the tub. A lot of ambient noise of doors, obnoxious unsupervised children running and screaming which is uncontrolled by the parents and staff and unfortunately do not care. When you see a guest with garbage bags and a broom it was definitely an unpleasant stay, I will leave it as that. The pool area was disgusting and a very musty odor. Upon checking out we overheard a guest complaining of the same experience and was also on the 6th floor. Only positive note Drury has the most comfortable beds, and that’s a fact. Over all horrible experience, and disappointing.

This is truly a home away from home. Clean hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and the evening kickback is exceptional. Also conveniently located
