Location and easy to get to

The front desk charged my account after they made the mistake of clearing my card information after acknowledgment that I prepaid for my stay and lied to me saying it was just a hold I didn’t realize it was the full amount until after I checked out I stayed at the Hilton the next night!

Great location, friendly staff, and exceptionally quiet, despite being completely booked and a children’s birthday party going on.

Linens were not super clean, there was a dirty hand print on the bathroom wall. Housekeeping did not service the room during our two night stay. Needs some better pillows too. And the A/C was not working well at all.

El cuarto tenía mal olor abia mucho ruido y fueron 2 noches y nunca fueron a limpiar nia yebar tuallas opapel ni siquiera la basura fueron a recoger aparte el personal tenían mui mala actitud

I don’t know if it’s under renovation but it’s a eye sore on the outside and the inside is worse lobby was the nicest part of the building ceiling open exposing electrical wires carpet horribly dirty and stained hair in the hallways as well as sanitary napkins got moved to another room because the first was dirty and had ants and roaches moved to another room that was even dirtier than the first with stains on sheets and comforter also observed serval people prying a door open to the facility that wasn’t a entrance did not feel comfortable or safe as two women alone left before midnight don’t stay here horrible
