Quality Inn University North I-75

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the AC/Heater unit produced an incessant, loud roaring noise that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Room was as expected, we did see a cockroach but other than that it was fine it got a little humid but nothing the thermostat didn't fix.

I wasn't happy that there was no lounge chairs to lay out by the pool only a couple sitting chairs and the table I really want to get a little tan but no lounge chairs at the pool additionally no microwave in my room that's very disappointing most hotel rooms have a microwave but least there was a coffee pot I never refrigerator

I never leave reviews, but all the negative reviews were spot on. It's a shoddy motel. Pulled up, opened my car door, and there were razorblades on the ground. Doors not totally sealed, bugs in the rooms (I counted 5 including one roach running on the bedside table as I was grabbing my stuff to check out), stains on the chairs, AC vent in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been dusted in years, and there were multiple groups of people just oddly hanging outside the rooms and being loud. If there's nothing else available, it's definitely a place with a door, a bed, a toilet, and a shower that's not super expensive. Plenty of stores nearby. If there is anything else available, maybe book there instead.

My husband and son stayed for 2 nights having evacuated from hurricane Milton. Old pizza crust found behind chair in room. Toilet seat broken. Son got numerous bites from bugs possibly bedbugs. Would never stay there again.

Went for a college football weekend 1-night stay. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was not friendly and hard to talk to. Hotel rooms are scarce and expensive for Gator home games so hotel management should take a little better care of guests paying top dollar for (arguably) average (at best) accommodations.

Clean

When we first arrived we were put into a room that had no refrigerator. There was just an empty cabinet where it once was. The room smelled and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. After complaining, the front seat person switched our room. The new room was great except for the fact that I found a USED washcloth in the shower. Our first morning we went downstairs for breakfast at 8:25 and there was only one slice of whole wheat bread. There were three of us and it was homecoming weekend. We waited for 15 minutes because we were told more food was coming out and it never did. This morning my husband went down earlier and there was one bagel but no cream cheese or jelly. Just a spoonful of whipped butter in a little container. This property was horrible and we will never stay there again. I believe we deserve some kind of credit for the fact that we were told breakfast was included but we had to buy breakfast for three of us both mornings.

A/C would not get below 72 degrees. In FL that is not good...told manager on duty...did nothing about it..Breakfast was terrible...no coffee creamer on second day of my stay..light in room not plugged in..

It appears that the hotel is also being used as temporary housing. Room was filthy.
