"it was horrible the staff was very rude and it wasn’t clean at all"

Nothing at all

They didn’t specify in the booking listing about the payment and the age and the staff is very rude and didn’t help at all I would not recommend this hotel at all

Beyond being dilapidated, the chunk of hair stuck in the door hinge, bugs under the bed, and hair on the sheets were too much for me.

I don’t recommend staying in this place. They literally don’t clean the rooms. Plus the rooms are really old. I don’t mind being old but being nasty is not a good thing!!!

Location of the hotel is nice. Really close to the TYS airport. Staff are decent. Had amenities like toiletries and overall decent value for money suited for short stay.

Small roaches in a cabinet. I discovered some before checkout. The room and toilet looked clean other than that. Discovering them kind of upset me but I had a short stay and was looking to save some money so gave it a try.

Many. Bugs. Full size mattresses on cots. We need a room we missed a flight. We needed some space to sleep, we got it. Minus the sleep.
