USA Inn

Missing the most basic amenities. No place to hang clothes. No lamp. No clock. No tissues. Peeling paint. Noisy mini fridge leaking water onto floor. Pet stain on floor. Beat up furniture. This place is a total dump. Travelocity should be ashamed to include this property.

USA Inn next to the Knoxville, TN airport was the worst place I've ever stayed. I literally said to my wife when we walked in, "this is the worst place I've ever stayed." I'm pushing 50 and I can't remember ever reviewing a hotel/motel before, that's how bad it was. Everything was dirty but the sheets, so that was nice. Normal things like bedside lamps were missing, while other normal things like the towel racks and place to hang your clothing were rusty or about to fall off the wall. But the reason we left at 1am our first night was the cockroaches. Yes, plural.

Nasty room

The staff was rude and wasn’t made aware of the deposit until after the room was booked. The room was not refundable

Front desk lady was incredibly rude. Hotel is in sketchy area and actual rooms are dirty with broken/stained furniture. 1/5

Owner was rude,everything was nasty ,old,broken,my room had a bullet hole in the wall that went thru the bathroom door and instead of fixing it some one stuffed toilet paper in the holes

The room could have been cleaned!they made up the beds without fresh clean sheets.the bed was nasty.i went to dollar general and bought some Lysol and slept on top of the covers.

Ac was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldn’t sleep without hearing them “working” or waiting outside for people every night.
