Very friendly and helpful staff, and everything was super clean. We felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for short sightseeing trips - Asisi, Perugia and many others. 15 minutes drive from Perugia Airport. No problems with WiFi. The apartment was clean and air conditioned.

The owner was pouring chlorine into the pool while we were using it and wanted to put the electric robot too! Apartment is DEFINITELY not 50m2 ! Ale least 35m2. Tricky photos make it bigger. Shame.

Spacious, quiet, old and well preserved, helpful staff

Shower was tiny, water didn't get hot, basin leaks and makes the floor wet, kitchen lacked some cooking utensils

It was a wonderful stay. Quiet location, far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Clean house with all comforts and a very nice host who gave us good culinary tips and also insider tips for sights. Highly recommended. We will certainly take up the offer again.

we enjoyed everything 🙂 typical accomodation for this area with friendly hosts offered us everything we needed as a base to explore this area

/ must be so good to stay here when their swimming pool is open 🙂 wish we came in the summer!

nice realaxing place with a warm welcome from our host Marco , it was just a few meters from our cottage to the pool . the house and facilities are set in a large garden with a vineyard next to it. the family also produce their own wines that you can enjoy onsite for very reasonable prices. it is a short distance to Assisi, Perugia, Spelling and many other places of interest, so a good base for exploring Northern Umbria. we go home feeling we have had a relaxing and refreshing holiday !

the only real disadvantage is the busy road nearby and sometimes the traffic noise is an irritation.
