Garden Inn Homestead

The room was good but bad water pressure in shower and sink. Sink not draining. Lots of slamming doors. The motel is old and doors are heavy steel and the cleaning staff slam them.

Noisy noisy noisy. The motel is right next to an IHOP and early employees park against the fence and blast the rap music and smoke. Pool was being repaired. :( not good.

Great customer service was friendly in also helpful with finding restaurants in the area

Location was ok.

Not clean. Really pushing the 2 star rating. Shower was shockingly dirty.

O atendimento na portaria, Ok O café da manhã, fraco. A atendente foi gentil Quanto limpeza, deixa a desejar., a pessoa que limpa, entra e troca as toalhas não arruma nem as camas , os moveis do quarto são velhos . Em matéria de segurança, nem sei como dizer, os quartos ficam voltados para o estacionamento, e do lado de fora você vê tudo o que tem dentro. Mesmo com a cortina fechada. Aconteceu o desaparecimento de um notebook que eu havia comprado . Quando cheguei em casa , pedi solicitando a gerência para verificar se havia entrado alguém no quarto ou se havia alguma atitude suspeita como abertura da porta. A resposta que me foi informado é que eles Inspecionaram as câmeras de segurança e conversado com a equipe de limpeza, disseram que nada foi detectado. Tenho desconfianças por o quarto ser tão vulnerável e por eu ter estado fora , a passeio, por um dia inteiro e ter deixado todos meus pertences. Infelizmente sô tenho a dizer pra quem for se hospedar, que fique atento, não tenho como provar nada. Outra informação, foi retido um valor de US$ 114,98 para possíveis gastos no hotel, (que não ocorreu). Até o presente momento não foi liberado. A informação passada no atendimento seria de 7 a 10 dias, já se passaram 30 dias?

I have suspicions because the room is so vulnerable and because I was out on vacation for a whole day and left all my belongings there. Unfortunately, all I can say to anyone who is going to stay there is to be careful. I have no way to prove anything. Another piece of information: a sum of US$114.98 was retained for possible hotel expenses (which did not occur). It has not yet been released. The information given during customer service was that it would take 7 to 10 days, and 30 days have already passed?

Location, decent breakfast with eggs sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, muffins—clean room was spacious, pretty good value
