Room was clean and large. Was only given 1 towel and there were 2 of us. Hair driver was all cracked and sounded like it would blow up.

I asked if pool was open when I made reservations and told YES! It was closed for repairs.😫Breakfast was a joke! Nothing really to eat!

The only thing pleasant thing about this hotel, was the mattress was comfortable.

To begin, the ice machine wasn't working and the pool was unavailable. This should have been noted on the website when I booked the hotel. The room floor was sticky, so apparently it was not wet mopped before my arrival. There was only 1 working lightbulb (of the 3) in the bathroom. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst example of a breakfast that I've seen as a complimentary breakfast at a hotel. Only bread, and cereal and the cereal bar was dirty, with littered cereal all over the counter. The coffee dispenser was emply when I came down to breakfast, so it look some time for the staff to make more coffee. The staff at the desk was often busy on his smartphone, not attentive to the customers, or breakfast area which he was responsible for maintaining.

The lobby had a bad odor as well as the hallway. The ice machine was out of order and the pool was closed without notice at check in, which was the primary reason booked location. I definitely would not have booked location for the price it was given other options in location. Very disappointed.
