Hotel has a great view down the Llano River. This is a three story building entering from the top of the hill with easy access to each level via an elevator. Easy turnoff from I-10 just east of Junction. The quietest place you can find for a hotel, yet a broad view of the mesas and nearby Junction. A++
My family and friends stayed at the Econo Lodge in Junction, Texas on our way to South Padre Island. After driving all-day It was a relief to stop and rest at such a wonderful place. The service was excellent, it was nice and clean, had free breakfast in the morning. For the charge, we paid It was well worth it Penney. My wife forgot her cell phone in the room and they were good enough to hold it for her. We picked it up on way back. I give this place an A-plus and highly recommend it to every traveler.
The hotel lobby looks small, messy and smelly the outside was not appealing at all, not taking care! We have arrived late in the evening and felt sorry we booked it. The room was even worst: bed sheet and the cheap towels were not white were gray, behind the bathroom door there was dirt, the furnitures were old, the doors were not painted and scratched! Why were we charged $70 per night for this dirty hole??????

The view of the Llano River is always the best. Plus, the sleep I get on that awesome bed is so great.
