Noisy, door had no seal around it (light can be seen all the way around door), got woke often from people yelling and didn’t feel safe , room was dingy

I liked being on the bottom floor. I liked that my dog was welcome.

So I had to wait for my room to get cleaned even though I noted on my reservation that I needed to check in at 3. I was even an hour late checking in at 4. I get to the room and it smelled awful. Like dirty carpet. The floor was not vacuumed. My dog started acting weird. I am suspecting there might have been some kind of drugs or poison down on the floor. She was doing some weird pacing and pawing she constantly was moving her head up and down. She wouldn't come to me. All of this is out of her character. I can't prove it but I suspect there was something there that was not good for her. Then I go to take a shower and the bath tub needs caulked bad because a lot was missing. There was mold on the caulk that was there. Then I couldn't get the shower to turn on. So the office had to send a maintenance man to put a new piece in. The walls has food and God knows what else running down the walls and bathroom door. The light switch for the sink and bathroom was discussing and the plate didn't fit. It was too small leaving cracks around the switch plate. There were no wash cloths, no coffee for the coffee maker, no cups. I paid $95 for me and my 3 pound dog plus a $50 deposit that I still haven't got back. There was nothing for breakfast however the coffee in the office was very good. The lady at the desk was scary. I think I woke her up. She was not very friendly at all. This was a terrible experience. Oh yeah I was also waiting at the door for my door dasher to deliver my order and there was a crack head on a bicycle that came up to me trying to sell me drugs. If you're wondering why I didn't go to a different hotel it's because I had reserved this room and they charged my card immediately upon check in instead of running it at the end of day audit like most places so I wouldn't get a refund immediately. It could have taken 7-10 business days and I didn't have the extra money plus I took an Uber that was$26 just to get there.

The quality of the toilet paper and the big comfy bed.

They charged me $124 deposit for a room that had, 1. hair dye stained walls, 2.smoke alarm hanging off the wall 3. Ac/furnace i was afraid to turn it on because of how much debri was stuffed in there 4. Filters were gross but not as bad as the part where everything blows out. 5. Crusty stained carpets/ various signs of bad preventive maintenance. I understand some damage here and there, but $124 deposit on an already damaged room is insane. I still haven't received the deposit back....

The man at the desk at night was nice and understanding that i was cancelling the moment i stepped foot into my room and n the premises.

EVERYTHING. the condition was horrid. homeless people outside the room and lingering. extremely dirty room. nothing was clean. the smell was horrible. the safety of side doors propped open, stairwells locked . the pictures of this property DO NOT match this location. Booking should remove this hotel off of its conditions and violating safety procedures
