The breakfast was good, the evening receptions were nice.

Check in was an absolute disaster. We requested an early check in up grade, but sat in the lobby for 4 hours with no assistance. We’ were actually late getting into our room. I checked in online because the lobby was overrun with people trying to get checked in. Once we got our room code, no one spoke to us or told us we needed to”tickets” for breakfast or happy hour. I had to request the pool be opened as it was 10:00 and still locked. The men’s bathroom toilet at the pool wouldn’t flush and it smelled in there. The whole place just looks tired and needs some refurbishment.

Location

The bathtub faucet was hanging out. It was loose. I could stick my hand between the faucet and the shower. There was black mold in the corners and the grout of the shower. The TV was broken in the bedroom when we got there the AC didn’t work properly there was stains. All in the carpet had to pay to park in a disability handicap spot with my handicap decal worst experience ever
