Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point

Location near the airport and the staff that we encountered were good.

We didn't like the bathroom set up (zero entry shower set up so floor in entire bathroom would get wet. The winder curtains would not shut all the way; the pull on the curtains were broken. Breakfast started too late for us to participate.

Had an amazing stay at the Embassy, Oyster Point, especially after having a not so good experience in So Cal. THANK YOU! Our family arrived super early and the staff were top tier. They held our luggage and we were able to check in early. Ty to all of the Embassy staff who assisted us during our stay. We also chatted on the Hilton app, and we always received a response. THANK YOU DULCIE for your help at the front desk. You definitely went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it. The room was beautiful and breakfast was AMAZING. We will be back!!!

Parking fee and how parking is so compact

I was put her overnight outside of my control because I had a flight that was cancelled last minute, however, the room was immaculate and so were the staff. As soon I was greeted when I walked in the staff sympathized with me and Maeko in particular really took heart to my plight. My flight doesn't leave until 10pm tonight and while they couldn't offer me a free extra night they did suggest calling the airline and gave me the latest checkout time they possibly could without the airlines approval. 100% would stay again if I could.

Hannah was wonderful and extremely helpful during a recent say. I wasn't able to reach the front desk by phone, but reached out via text and she promptly arranged the service for the issue with the tiolet. Thank you Hannah for the phenomenal service. Alfred came and fixed the tiolet within a few minutes. He also went above and beyond and notice the sinks also weren't working and took the initiative to fix those also. Together they both provided amazing service and I will definitely be back, when on business in the area again.

Yolanda at the front desk was fantastic. We had a lot of equipment to deal with and she was instrumental in helping us get checked-in and settled. The ready of the staff was great too. For a business event efficiency and helpfulness are key.
