It was great experience to stay .

Zimmer sehr grosszügig. Frühstück sehr lecker.

Really liked the location. Spaciousness of the rooms. That breakfast is included makes it easy to stay there.

Almost Everything was good

I booked my room month ago, so everything was fine but I didn’t know parking was extra and not included in my booking. Maybe I didn’t pay attention to details but nobody warned me either about it. I ended up paying $45 for parking for each day. I am not from here but I never paid parking fee for a hotel before

I stayed at this hotel (Embassy suites by hilton waterfront) a month ago for four nights to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, our room had bedbugs, and each member of my family experienced more than ten bites during our stay. Although we were moved to a different room on the final day, the issue had already significantly impacted our visit. At the time, hotel staff verbally indicated that expenses such as laundry, medical and related costs would be addressed. However, despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received reimbursement for those expenses or any meaningful resolution. After returning home, both adult and our child had to miss work and school for several days due to the situation. I made several attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel via email, but my requests have largely gone unanswered. I was also told an inspection report would be shared after our stay, but later informed that it was an internal document and could not be provided. While some points were offered, they do not reasonably reflect the cost of the stay or the disruption and discomfort we experienced. Hilton corporate did reach out to follow up, but ultimately referred me back to the hotel without offering additional assistance, which was disappointing. This experience was upsetting not only because of the incident itself, but also because of how it was handled afterward by Hilton and the hotel. I hope the hotel takes steps to address situations like this more transparently and proactively in the future so other guests do not have a similar experience.

Staying here tonight and am pretty appalled at the deteriorated condition of this hotel. First room I was given was uninhabitable due to a damp, musty, (almost moldy?) smell. Second room I was given is not much better. Smells like your grandmother’s home and bears much of the same decor. While the staff is very nice (hence the 2nd star). this hotel and rooms are in need of SERIOUS overhaul. Luckily I’m here for mere hours having a 5am flight…but if you are planning more than that, stay elsewhere or enjoy your trip to the 1980s.

The rooms had a bad smell, the walls had water damage, the tub was extremely dirty also the heater was off per management. The carpet was was extremely old and dirty
