Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Downtown

False advertising that you had a pool/ hot tub. One of the main reason why we booked this place. Arrived and found out that it is permanently closed.

I had the most gorgeous view of the skyway from my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect; you can take long walks with the small streets. Breakfast was included which was perfect. I loved how there was a convenience store on the street level of hotel where you could buy healthy snacks or regular snacks.

Elevators were confusing. One set for rooms and the other to get out.

Nice breakfast and overall value.

A bit confusing down in the parking garage.

Unique building downtown, large room for the price and it was pretty quiet and great security.

Hotel being on the 8th floor, it was cool but was a decent hike every time we went somewhere. No pool, which was sad.
