The size of the bed and shower

The refrigerator didn't cool but was replaced. The television had a big damaged spot on it and provided only Direct TV, and no Netflix or other premium channels. The bathroom sink provided only cold water. There was noisy construction going on continuously next door in other rooms.

It was convenient

The neighbors has music playing in their room real loud and the base was banging on our walls!

The beds were comfortable

don't look at the other reviews made by the same person over and over. I did and was in for a shock. these rooms were not clean. the first room (111) had a bug on the bed pillow when I walked in. looked like a bedbug to me, so I took it to the front desk. she got offended when I told her I looked at the rest of the bed after I found it. we got in another room (112), whivh was in the far corner, near the ice machine in a different building, and I inspected it thoroughly. it hadn't been really swept in some time, but I didn't see any bugs. The bathroom was filthy. Toilet clean, but dirt in the shower and stuff, between pee runs, dirt, dead mosquitos and mud or something else on the walls. I wound up giving it a decent clean up. we had to wear shoes while in the room and not touch much. I would have asked for my money back if there were any other options within a 30-mile radius, but we didn't have those options. be aware that this place isn't all it seems.
