Days Inn by Wyndham Macon I-475

Our room was not super clean, but my biggest problem was that when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there were roaches all over it. The “buffet” breakfast was not much. Very limited. No fruit or yogurt and only two types of cereal.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The traffic noise was so loud all night, I did not get any sleep. There was Mexican music blaring outside at 2am and the Front Desk would not go out to tell them to stop, all they said was, I don't hear anything and hung up on me. The next morning at 6am there was an A/C cleaning guy going around, taking all the A/C units from the rooms and pressure washing them right in front of my hotel door. It smelled so badly and there was black sludge and water pooling, which made it almost impossible to go in and out of the room without getting dirty. Housekeeping came knocking on the door the next day at 7am and woke us all up, even though checkout was not until 11am. Never will I ever stay in this hotel again.

Had bugs in room. Numerous in the bathroom. Refrigerator did not work correctly.

The beds were as hard as rocks and difficult to sleep on, but the shower was amazing. All in all it was an alright hotel and especially for it being a last minute booking. The cherry blossom festival was nice too!

Bathroom was small. For the price we paid it was a great deal. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was excellent.

Best value I could find for pet friendly motel for overnight accommodation for Florida road trip in the area. Room looked refreshed and clean. Breakfast was a little lacking.

This incident has left me feeling uncomfortable and has significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel's service quality. I kindly urge the management of Days Inn by Wyndham Macon I-475 to reinforce the importance of guest privacy and ensure that all staff members are trained to respect guests' personal space and boundaries. It is crucial for the hotel to prioritize guest comfort and security in every aspect of their service. While my overall stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Macon I-475 had its positive aspects, this particular experience has overshadowed them. I hope that my feedback will be taken constructively, and measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
