I was in town for a funeral didnt expect to saty overnight but booked this hotel had to pay for a whole second night just to check in early then when family cane bu to check up on me and to just say hi they charges each person 15 dollars just to come to the room to say hi It was terrible

The location of this area was the only thing I liked. This hotel is in a very decent area, other than that…the place is terrible.

CHARGED EXTRA FEES. Online booking fee, visitors fee….I can go on. They had so many hidden fees. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The workers were rude and I called booking.com, they only kept me on hold then one of the employees for booking hung up in my face… there’s a $15 visitors fee, 42 dollars online booking fee. You have to pay with the card in the name of the booker or in cash, which is sketchy to pay in cash. The employee at the hotel got upset that we were reading the contract and told us to hurry up. They leave the back door for the hotel open at night. Lobby plants are dead along with roaches, the pool is drained and dirty. I try to be more understanding but this experience was just awful, on the hotels side and booking.com. I knew what k was getting into so my standards weren’t that high but it was worst than I could have imagined. Plus I never write reviews but I rather stop people from getting scammed from extra fees, the workers kept complaining and saying “you were better just booking in person, that’s not our fault.” Which doesn’t explain the random fees or hidden ones THAT AREN’T LISTED. It wasn’t in the contract or on the website, when I called booking.com the AI bot was the least of my worries, the employees kept putting me on hold then claimed I have to talk to the hotel. What was my last straw was an employee hanging up on me while they had me on hold. (No the call didn’t drop, the employee put a hold then hung up after they hit hold)

This is a grest place to stay, it is quiet, private, and affordable. Great staff!

Unexpected Fee. Confusing preauth for a prepaid room. Smell was awful in common area. Room a bit less so. Will not stay here again. This bargain was no bargain.

Hard bed, smelled like cigarette smoke, no hot water. Elevator didn’t work and my disabled partner had to walk 3 flight of stairs.

The whole property smells like smoke. Even though the room was advertised as non smoking the room still smelled like smoke. We complained to staff immediately and were told too bad

It was good for the price. Nice large room. Old fashion dial mini microwave with a refrigerator that was iced over inside. Computer chair had strange red stains. The desk moved when touched. Held together with scotch tape. Lol
