We were friendly received by Renato who kindly attended us. The hotel is comfortable and nice. The breakfast was better than most that I’ve had in a hotel. Great experience!

There wasn't much I liked. But the breakfast was ok on some days.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dusty, and about a week into our stay, the large square shower head suddenly fell and hit me on the head. Any time we took a hot shower, the fire alarm would go off loudly, which made the room very uncomfortable—especially since our 3-year-old special-needs daughter had just had surgery and we were staying close to the hospital for safety. One morning, we found a centipede in the bathroom. That was terrifying, and I kept thinking what could have happened if it got near my daughter. We also caught a housekeeping staff member taking photos inside our room. When asked, she pretended not to speak English. Guest services later claimed this was “normal practice,” but I’ve worked in hotels for over 20 years and have never heard of taking room photos without informing the guest. Housekeeping gave attitude when asked to clean properly, and the back parking lot is very dark and unsafe at night. For the price we paid, this hotel was absolutely not worth it. We were totally disappointed and would not stay here again.
