"Staff did move us to a room on another floor and that room was an improvement."

Location was great. Staff was accommodating

Non smoking room smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke and a room across the hall had large dogs that barked non stop.

"I wanna refund"

It was a terrible stay. They charged me twice for this day. There was no pool would not give us extra blankets or towels, and the breakfast was terrible.

The pictures are way better than what was in person. The price that we paid was OK it should have been a $25 a night stay.

"Bad Place"

Parking was good

Devices fell off of the wall. There was hair left in the shower and a nasty mess in the corner of the bathroom. The bed was EXTREMELY hard and made my husband's back hurt horribly bad. The TV kept going in and out and channels did not match the guide. Last of all, our security deposit was NEVER RETURNED!!
