Our room smelled like animal urine. There was no room available to change us to. The smell seemed like it was coming from the air conditioner, but even with turning it off, you couldnt get the smell to go away. The manager/front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I believe he was disregarding me because he was talking so low that I could hardly hear him. However, another customer came up and asked him a question and he literally spoke in an audible voice and left to help her while I was still standing there! Unbelievable. The worst service and experience ever.

Absolutely amazing I have been here long term with no issues at all the GM is very nice there are cheaper hotels especially for a long term stay but you get what you pay for very worth it
