Comfort Inn University Durham - Chapel Hill

Breakfast was good but on Saturday morning of Mother's day weekend, the breakfast attendant was very rude and angry. She started breaking down breakfast at 9:40 am for a 10 am breakfast end time. She banged all the serving containers around loudly and all food was removed by 9:55 am. Then she began vacuuming while we were sitting there talking. Very rude. Also, check-in is 3 pm and our room wasn't ready until 4:45

Did not like that the check-in was so late when its already a late checkin

Rooms not ready until 5 pm and 5:30 pm respectively Breakfast attendant on Saturday morning was awful and packed up food beginning at 9:40 am while slamming service items.

Unpleasant odor in the hallway and room, probably from the old carpeting. Our towels were damp and we only had one complete set: 1 bath, 2 hand and 2 washcloths for a room rented for 2 adults.

Nice roon

Door keys did not work, even after reprogramming. Could not logon to wifi in the room. Took my Chromebook to the front desk and they could not log it on to wifi. Told me to try to logon to choice called back office. Still did not work. Never had this problem at other hotels.
