It was probably the most comfiest stay that i have had in a while!

The room was clean must have been remodeled recently. The only thing that was a slight problem was the water pressure in the shower was kind of low.

People live here. It’s like a homeless shelter. It’s really sad. Our bed had cigarette burns and the wall looked like someone was masturbating on it from the bed ant 10” times. We were supposed to stay 2 night d d we just went home. Got refunded for one night.

The pool was the nicest thing there

Our room was changed when we got there to a king bed!! For 2 adults and a kid and our dog. Got charged an additional $15 for the dog. Room smelled, AC was weak and loud. Grassy area around had trash and dog crap everywhere.

There is a few squatter families who seem to be living at the motel and hanging out in the parking lot making an uncomfortable environment. For the most part they minded their own business though. The location of the motel on busy Route 11 is where truckers tend to revv the engines loud or where theyre using the J brakes since it's close to a traffic light. Although I did thoroughly enjoy the accommodations and helpfulness of the head desk staff to make sure my dad felt safe and put him close to the front desk. Thank you for doing that

I discussed parking my truck with collector car on a trailer and they said plenty of room to park safely. When I got there they wanted me to park in a lower rear parking lot, unsupervised, no lighting and can’t even be seen from any of the rooms. I asked if I could park up front inThe grass since it was dry and they said no. On my way to the room I noticed it must be an extended stay hotel as several rooms had debris, BBQ grills, mowers, clutter etc around their doors. Many unsavory looking characters in the parking lots and gathered around the “pool” 🤢. I got in my room and there where 8 flying mosquito like bugs in the shower, no soap dish or place to hang a washcloth, large crack in top of shower surround.spider above the tv, no hot water in the morning (there was the night before). The room was dirty and smelled weird. I told the night attendant I was going to check out and not stay the second night due to the issues and asked not to be charged for the second night. She said the manager would handle that. I left for a car show the next morning at 6am and called to remind the office I was checking out, The man said ok and today I check my Visa to find they charged me for the 2nd night. I won’t stay there again.

Nothing it was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel or hotel the first room the TV did not work which they came and fixed that then the toilet wouldn't flush in the same room they moved us to another room which had a bug fogger sitting on the dresser when I moved in no comforters on the beds a big hole in the wall by the bathroom sink and again the TV won't work went down and asked about the TV didn't even complain about the bug fogger threw it away and no comforters on the bed I was just trying to get settled with my grandchildren they did get to swim in the pool before we moved our room so when I went down he told me that he would send his guy but he was at another location as soon as he got back he would be there to do the TV 45 minutes later we went down to check and he said that it would be an hour to a couple hours before he could get there which wasn't acceptable to me at all so I did ask if we could be moved to another room he said he did not have one I asked for my money back he said because I went through you guys that I could not have my money back so I went back to the room decided to pack us up to leave because what am I going to do with the seven year old and a 10 year old with no television and by the time the guy would have got there in a couple hours it was already after 6:00 the kids would have been ready to go to sleep we were going to the lake the next morning when I went back to give him the key cuz mind you now I have done packed my car unpacked my car packed my car and I'm packed my car so trust me when I tell you this I was done when I went back to give him the key and the time that we were checking out he said then why don't I come and look at the TV like why didn't you just say that in the beginning instead of telling me I was going to wait a couple hours I just said no that's okay I'm just going home we'll come back up to the lake in the morning and we're calling it a night it was...

I pretty much explained everything up in the top of this everything that happened at the hotel it was just seriously with me and my grandchildren trying to get away and then go to the lake the next day because it was kind of close it was the worst experience we've ever had we checked into two we were gone by 6:00 the only good part of it is that they did get to swim in the pool for a little bit one of your questions below asked how comfortable the beds were I don't have a clue because we did not sleep there and I don't know if I mentioned there was no toilet paper I had to ask for toilet paper and there wasn't enough towels they were washed clothes and towels missing also there was mayonnaise in the trash can and empty bottle of mayonnaise I really should have took pictures to send to you to show you exactly what I'm talking about but I didn't think of it I was just so shocked with the whole situation

Not clean. Limited towels. Breakfast consisted of white bread to be toasted. No coffee or creamer.
