They told me they where booked up never gave me a room and I still got charged said there where no rooms available for locals and to request my money back from the app

Breakfast was supposed to be included but it was not, the pool is tiny and dirty. The rooms smell bad. There are horrible people around, it’s like a scary movie; I know it’s not expensive but you don’t feel safe in that place.

The check-in and checkout process was very simple and easy. They were very nice overall this is a good value Motel. My biggest complaint is that one of the beds in the room had really dirty sheets, but the other bed was fine. The air conditioner wouldn't go below 70 and the shower was room temperature at best.

Everything. We worked hard for the money to book the room. Wasn't informed beforehand of the extra deposit or the need for a physical card. Then denied our money back and threatened to call the cops. Don't suggest wasting your money here there there are much better options elsewhere with nicer staff.

I had booked for 2 nights, but they only had me down for 1. They did accommodate for the next night. The room is VERY basic, but adequate. No instructions for the TV. Floors are vinyl, but that's best in a motel. No coffee in room, but available in the office.
