"Poor guest service "

Guest Service was very disrespectful and the night before I ran by there if I'd known what I know today I wouldn't have ever made a reservation!!!

Although convenient the hotel is outdated. They don’t tell you when you check in that the room will be inspected every day. I rented for my homeless son to get him out of the cold. He disrespected the rules and was evicted. Lost my $100 deposit

"Horrible do not stay here"

Nothing it was nasty the bathroom flooded when taking a shower roaches 🪳 crawling everywhere and loud obnoxious drunk people next to me

Location. The TV seems nice and big but I didn't use it. The fridge works well. The floor seems clean.

The linen may be clean, but it looks really bad. The facilities are run down and don't seem to have any maintenance to them. I'm including pictures of what is messed up so that it's documented. Staff seemed uncaring.

The room was dirty the bedding had burns in it, they charged us for an ESA Animal and the upkeep on the room was horrible Do NOT take a family there
