"Kind service and great value"

Super warm welcome when we arrived from the lady at reception. We were tired and cold and the greeting was incredibly friendly. Also recognized being a gold member and my kids were over the moon with the treats. Room was totally clean and had everything expected, including the sheets we needed for the couch. Better than expected breakfast- we’ve all had these kinds of hotel breakfasts before with the eggs, sausage and gravy, but that pancake maker and the multiple waffle makers really put it over the edge for my kids. The location is super convenient because there’s a Festival foods and a Sam’s Club. Since we were here for a sporting event, we rely on those stores for drinks and snacks. Very handy. Yes, this hotel is older (so the overall layout is a little dated, air conditioning in the window, etc.) but the price reflects that and the value is there. It was very, very quiet, but also it wasn’t very busy. I noted one guest complaining that CNN was on in the breakfast area and I certainly wouldn’t have had a problem with that, but for us, the TV was on mute, so it was awfully quiet. Almost awkwardly so. A bit of brunch-type music might be nice, but I certainly wouldn’t criticize them at all if they just decided turn up the sound on the TV. We will be back next year!

Clean and comfortable room. Fridge cool but not cold. Good water pressure. Walls paper thin - hard to sleep when you can hear everything from people walking in the halls to rolling over in bed in the room above. Breakfast was okay but not special. Decent for overnight but definitely not recommended for longer stays.

This is our second time staying for sports tournaments. While pool is a tad small the price is great, has free breakfast and within walking distance to restaurants.
