Rodeway Inn & Suites Williamsburg Central

We arrived on a Friday evening checked in and they’re conveniently located across from Captain George’s and centrally situated. Pool area was being cleaned and looked inviting. Furniture could stand to be updated. House cleaning could be more detail oriented. Overall stay was decent

We weren’t about to use the pool. It wasn’t ready. It was great for the money and in a good location.

The property is in much need of repairs and upgrade. Even though the room(s) were non-smoking, they reeked of cigarette smoke inside and marijuana outside/inside. The paint was chipping on all of the outside stairs, floors and the beds were NOT comfortable at all! The shower curtain barely covered the whole shower and water went all over the floor. The whole property was old and outdated. The room did seem clean overall. It was quiet. Probably would not stay there again unless it was in a pinch. Wasn’t worth the money even though the lobby and website picture made it look nicer than in pictures.

Bug invested sheets and cover where dirty left early because of the roaches

Not enough wash cloths. Had to switch rooms because things didn't work properly

Rock hard mattress staff was nice and the property was nice

Room smelled like someone was smoking weed in room only changed the towels once a week and swimming pools was not open even though it was hot

Room that I reserved was supposed to have been non smoking, room smell like cigarette smoke. They rent to others by the week and there are people just "hanging" around in the parking lot. Sketchy place stay elsewhere.

Our bed was broke. The moment we sat on it, it tilted up. There was nothing securing the mattress. We just continuously shifted it towards the backboard.

The bathroom was clean but it had no cups, or complimentary personal items (lotion, mouthwash, shampoo, etc.)
