The hot tub

They didnt say anything about the pet fee which was 25$ a night or the 100$ deposit for damages. Then it took 7bdays for them to refund the damage deposit. When I booked it they said the peice was 310$ got there an ended up spending at least 500$ on a 100$ hotel

Friendly people on staff and convenient location

Needs some deferred maintenance. Drain ran really slow in the bathtub. Update fixtures. Vanity light didn't work.i Needs some updates. Dated but clean. Still a good value!

location was good

The chlorine in the pool was excessively high we could only be in the pool for about 15 minutes because our eyes and skin were burning. The mattress was very hard.

Location was good.

I did not receive the rooms I booked for. My daughter and her husband had to scramble and find a room at another motel. I tried very hard, as the staff did too, to understand each other but there was a language issue. I had requested and was told I would have 2 queen beds, but they were not provided. I feel as I got a bait and switch and since it was parent’s weekend for the university were we unable to get rooms for all of us elsewhere. I had reservations had 4 months prior.
