"Adequate Accommodations-Could Be Better"

The beds were very comfortable, the location was very good. We were visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, it was only 20 minutes from the motel. We ended up arriving much later than we planned but I was able to communicate with the desk and they were accommodating...

The carpet in our room was stained terribly, a deep cleaning is needed! It was even damp next to the bed. I did not want to be barefoot in the room. The duvet cover was also stained!
