I had a truly pleasant stay at Hilton Hotel. Every detail was carefully thought out, and the service quality was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Kübra for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made me feel completely at home.

All in all was great experience for work and leisure.

Скажем так - это один из лучших отелей в Турции на мой скромный взгляд, если не рассматривать туризм и "все включено". Но именно потому, что есть особенности страны это все равно не совсем Hilton, который я посещал во многих странах. В отеле свой бесплатный паркинг. Локация просто отличная.

Пустой мини бар. Для отеля 5 звезд - это очень странно. В ресторане и на завтраке вся еда турецкая. А в международном отеле ожидаешь международную кухню. Даже в Китае всегда есть и местная еда и международная. В отеле нет совсем лобби бара - видимо тоже связано с религией, но однако в Дубае во всех хороших гостиницах он есть. Я попросил при заселении дать нам два одеяла - пообещали но увы. Ну и самое, что не понравилось, что в ресторане отеля праздновали свадьбу видимо очень крутые люди и до 12 ночи спать в отеле было не возможно, хотя в Турции закон запрещает шуметь после 23-00. Но видимо этим людям было сложно отказать.

Our stay was truly exceptional, and we owe much of that to Kübra, the wonderful staff member who took care of us throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, Kübra made us feel welcome and attended to every detail of our comfort. Kübra went above and beyond her regular duties to ensure we had everything we needed. She was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, addressing any concerns, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, Kübra’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great, but what really stood out was Kübra’s personal touch and dedication to guest satisfaction. She made us feel valued and cared for during our entire stay. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about your comfort and experience, I highly recommend this accommodation. Ask for Kübra if you can – she’s a true gem and a credit to the hospitality team. Highly recommended!

Its 6am now. And i just woke up. Why? Because its hot in here. As i was informed they shut the air conditioner off. I have never seen such a stupidity in my life. Ruined all my night and travel. I woke up and still cant sleep.
