Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more, For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property and are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD 10 will apply for early check-in and late check-out. Any damage to linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet or towel) caused by guests will incur a charge. "Exceptional"

Wasn’t pleased that they stopped keeping pots and pans and other kitchen items for the guests to use. There wasn’t even a little coffee pot. Other than that, it was a good stay. The front desk staff was awesome and very courteous.

"Why does your hotel smell like marijuanna"

The hotel was smelling of marijuana. Hallways smelled, elevators etc. there was no getting away from the smell. The sofa bed had no blankets for it in the room nor were there any sheets. Biggest disappointment for the money it cost

"Pay the extra to stay at a REAL hotel!"

It was pretty clean. Located near to shopping which was necessary so I could buy pans, silverware, etc because they did not supply ANYTHING for the kitchen.

Nothing came with the kitchen. Nothing. You had to pay for a set of dishes and a set of pots/pans to the tune of $60. The bathroom cabinet door was falling off, the curtain rod was barely hanging on. The cable TV was nonfunctional and I had to call THEIR service provider myself. There was never a staff person around. The pillows were godawful, flat and uncomfortable.

Room was full of hair. Bed gave us itchy feeling from the bed sheet and blankets. Water stand in the bathtub. Key card were issued only for 1day and we were locked out 3times. Staffs kept asking if we have any dues. As we paid upfront through Expedia, still they were providing 1 day keys. This was our 6th stay in this hotel and it’s getting worse day by day.

"Not clean!! "

Dirtiest and Loudest hotel we've ever stayed in. Our suite had not been cleaned well, the floor turned socks/feet black, bathroom door would not latch and there was a huge gap under the door leading to the hall.
