Savoy Hotel Frankfurt

The newly furnished room was excellent .

Their was major building going on for the 5 days that I stayed there . The breakfast that was included in the price was unavailable due to the work being done.

No aircon. It's under construction. It's worth 39 euro per night. Surprisingly they charge 90 euro and booking.com don't even verify and dont inform customers. Feel even not to trust booking.com any more. I feel like I was robbed

nothing went well hotel is under renovation no aircondition working and hotel no possible to stay i paid and they did not refund my amount although the receprion confirm the hotel is in very bad shape i have been staying in this place for more than 20 years during my stay in frankfurt

atleast room should be clean and stayable

J'’ai dû attendre plus de 30 minutes devant la porte avant de pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. L’établissement est actuellement en travaux et l’état général des lieux est très désorganisé : la réception, la cage d’escalier ainsi que les couloirs sont encombrés et peu accueillants. Une fois dans la chambre, j’ai constaté l’absence de climatisation alors que la température atteignait environ 33 °C. La chaleur était particulièrement difficile à supporter et m’a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet hôtel.

El hotel está en remodelación pero a pesar de eso, las habitaciones me parecieron cómodas, limpias, se nota que todo es nuevo. Los recepcionistas que me atendieron fueron muy amables

Lamentablemente el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, por la renovación eléctrica pero eso se puede entender
