Außerdem Lage und Höflichkeit des Menschen habe ich nicht mehr gefallen

Es gibt eine schlechte Gerüche im Zimmer, im Bett, Handtücher und Kissen . Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt. Alles müssen renoviert werden. Frühstück hat wenig Obst und keine Gemüse. Ich hatte große Erwartung.

Preis-Leistung passt. Für eine Übernachtung absolut in Ordnung. Die teils extrem schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist keine Luxusherberge!

"Einmal und nie wieder."

Die Lage als Zwischenstopp am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist gut.

Das Hotel hat leider einen großen Renovierungsbedarf. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr alt, heruntergekommen und leider auch dreckig. Die Dusche zu benutzen, war mir vor Ekel leider nicht möglich. Der Teppichboden war extrem verschmutzt und das Bett drohte auf seinen Füßen zusammen brechen.

Absolutely terrible, avoid avoid , They took money of my account without me knowing , I did refund after complaint , staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful, they did apologise but they still took €126.60 without my authorisation , room was dirty cigarette ends on carpet
