Hotel was run down and we found roaches in our room front desk did Nate minimum...
It was alright
Hotels.com didn't list a $50 CASH deposit needed at check in. The front desk said "if the room smells like smoke, the deposit would not be returned". The room smelled like smoke, I complained. The front desk then said "smoke is fine as long as there is no ash". I got my deposit back and left immediately. Although I paid hotels.com for a room that smelled like smoke and that I would of lost my deposit if I had stayed. I have used hotels.com in the past for weeks at a time. Getting the buy 10 get 1 free multiple times. I will not use any Expedia Group online booking services ever again. And will no longer book any company employee through the service ever again!!! Too bad this service went so far down hill. Another good company turned to sh**.
My bedding was nasty, and the whole place had a musty odor. It was hard to get to as well coming off the interstate. The staff was somewhat amicable.
The property is not a Hotel. It is where people live. Do not Book
PEStaff was horrible, was told to check out for them to “clean” our room. Came back to just the bag being changed and our stuff moved around, my personal purse was digged through. When I asked about the new bed sheets they said we had t8 leave the room for them to be changed, left for 5 hours and they were never changed. Even after that inconvenience I was charged $5 after my room couldn’t stopped working and they had to issue a new one. Would never come back to this place even if I was paid to.
This hotel is very dirty we had specks of blood on the white blankets on the bed we were coming in from California for a funeral luckily we only had to stay over night it was disgusting
I reserved a night 2-3 days in advance, and upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available. Unbelievable. I've never been to a hotel that completely disregards and has no respect for my reservation. I can't recommend highly enough that you find ANYWHERE but here to stay. I'll definitely never even think about staying at an OYO again.
