Very convenient location to shopping, sights, restaurants and the highway. Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly and letting us know everything that was included with our stay.

The staff are lovely but the building needs some love and attention. Rooms are tired in decor and our mattress sagged in the middle and was very soft. Concerned to see a couple of fire doors wedged open in the day.

Location was great Breakfast was really good and the wait staff very helpful. Front desk no personality

Parking spots very small and front desk was not helpful at all when asking about this. Cars were parked like sardines could barely get out of our truck

Im amazed how clean it was. My biggest thing is always the bed and it was clean which made it for a good nights sleep.

the only disappointment was the breakfast options. they should expand and have other meat and maybe add some cheese, fruit etc.

The nightly rate was very expensive. $450+ per night for this hotel in this location is more than I’ve experienced in larger cities and of a better quality. During our stay, there were many groups of kids for various athletic competitions (swimming and baseball) and the noise during the early and late evening was absolutely ridiculous. They were running up and down the halls, yelling and screaming and stomping. This did not lit up until after 11 PM.

I wanted to unload and load my stuff at the lobby . But front desk behaved like a traffic cop. Quite inconvenient when it’s raining out side and you are on vacation with many shopping bags and valuables which you would not preferred to leave in side your truck parked in an unsecured parking lot. And again I think the guys serving the breakfast should be more hospitable. I was making my toast and some staff asked me for breakfast coupon. I didn’t liked the gesture. There was no one at the breakfast desk to whom I should have handed over my coupon at very first instance.

Located right off the Trans Canada Hwy, bed was okay, room was clean but small and the hotel itself could use a refresh. Staff were very friendly. Food at the restaurant was okay but it would have been nice to have more options closer to the hotel. Certainly not fancy but a “good enough” place to stay.
