15時のテーマパークのチケットがあったため14時半に到着。15時からしか入室できないので仮チェックインを済ます。荷物を機械式の荷物預け入れに入れようとしたらサイズオーバーに。なんやかんやで15時近くになったため普通にカードキー発行してもらい部屋に荷物を入れました。 顧客の行動として15時にテーマパークにインしたい、という欲求を理解し、それに対する商品をサービス提供すべきではないかな、と思いました。具体的には14時からのアーリーチェックインです。少なくとも当方にはそのサービスは認識する機会がなく、この課題の解決は低コストでできるのではないだろうか。

今回初めてお世話になりました。 大人4人子供4人でトリプルの部屋を2部屋でした。十分な広さで快適でした。ホテルの方に色々備品をお願いしたのですが、都度対応が良かったです。 ハウステンボスのホテルはほぼ宿泊しました。ホテル日航さんが一番良かったです。朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富でした。

ハウステンボスに行く為に宿泊しましたが宿泊者専用の通路がとても便利でした。フロント入口も良い香りがして空気も綺麗に感じた。ラグジュアリー感はそんなにないですが、お部屋の水周りもしっかり磨かれていて気持ちよく使えました。次回は部屋のグレードをアップして利用してみたいです。
