The hotel is very old styled. It’s Soviet Union styled. The atmosphere is not very cozy. The rooms are ok. Clean but cold ambiance. The restaurant is expensive

das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage. Sehr praktisch und sehr ruhig. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und kundenfreundlich. Ich gebe die maximale Bewertung dem Personal des Hotels. Alle sind extreme freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kooperativ. Der Room Service, insbesondere, funktioniert hervorragend. Alles ist super schnell und auf dem Top Niveau! Alles nach Wunsch des Kunden! Sind so positiv erstaunt. Die Beschreibung stimmt 100% der Realität. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert ordnungsgemäß. Wir haben das Fitnessstudio und das Schwimmbad besucht. Alles war perfekt und reibungslos. Empfehle jedem und wir sind auf jeden Fall die Gäste fürs nächste Mal!

The room had a spectacular view and was in good condition. The breakfast was excellent, and added a lot of value to the stay. The Gold exclusives were very nice, and we will be staying here again in the future. Slept through breakfast time one day, and they still allowed a meal. They made it clear that our business was valued.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Will stay again for sure.

I was only at the hotel for 1 night of a 16 night stay. The Ukrainian President told all foreigners to leave the county due to the coronavirus pandemic. The hotel seemed nice but I was unable to enjoy it due to stress. Thankfully, the concierge helped me book my flight back to the US. I wish I could have had time to relax. The hotel had a pool and sauna that I wanted to use. Would enjoy going back in the future when we beat this pandemic.
